About Twist

Twist is an exciting craft and art show created and curated by designers Lexie Barnes and Cory Barnes in 2008. The event showcases original goods and art by crafters, designers and artists and is held twice a year (May and November) in Northampton, MA. The show features a multitude of talented and unique vendors, a live DJ, entertainment, and refreshments in a fun and lively festival atmosphere. More about the venue

About the Directors

Cory and Lexie Barnes are the founding directors of Twist. Lexie is an internationally recognized author, designer, and entrepreneur. Her first book, Sew What! Bags was released in 2008 and is still a best-selling craft title. Her second book, Sew Up a Home Makeover, came out in 2011 and features over 50 home decor and home makeover projects. Both books are published by Twist sponsor Storey Publishing. Lexie's popular line of women's bags & accessories is available exclusively on lexiebarnes.com.

Cory is the owner of Spire USA, a highly regarded manufacturer of laptop bags and backpacks and the webmaster for spireusa.com, lexiebarnes.com, sewwhatbags.com, and twistfair.com. Originally from Chicago, the couple and their four sons now divide their time between Western Massachusetts and Boulder, Colorado.
