Q. What the heck is Twist?
A. Twist is a kickass new fair for original goods and art by artists, crafters, and designers. Our first show in September 2008 was a smashing success, and we've now expanded to two shows a year (May and November) and feature 60+ talented and unique vendors from all over.

Q. When is it?
A. Twist V will be held November 12 & 13, 2010. We'll kick things off on Friday with a Market Party from 6pm-9pm, then go all day Saturday from 10 am - 6 pm.

Q. What's the Market Party?
A. The Market Party is a huge part of what makes Twist special! On Friday night, you can shop, enjoy some tasty local beer, and groove to tunes from the snappy DJ.

Q. Where is it going to be?
A. The Twist venue is the Northampton Center for the Arts, in Northampton, MA. View map. If you have questions about the show (other than directions), don't bug the Center, contact us instead.

Q. How can I become a vendor?
A. For information on applying to Twist, sign up for our mailing list below, follow us on Twitter or join us on Facebook for announcements. You can also get more info on the vendor info page. Please note the fair is juried and there is a $15 non-refundable application fee. You can apply online now.

Q. How much is the admission?
A. Admission to Twist is $4.00 for adults, $2.00 for kids 6-12, and free for kids 5 and under. (The door is cash only and we appreciate small bills!)

Q. What kinds of wares will be exhibited and sold at Twist?
A. At each show, we have an amazing group of 60+ vendors from all over the northeast. The lineup changes with each show, but you can count on fabulous prints and posters, notecards, jewelry, sculpture, metal work, glass work, knitwear, apparel, ceramics, photography, home decor, pet and apothecary products, fashion accessories, fiber arts, baby & kid stuff and more!

Q. I'm a vendor (or applying to be one). Do I need to collect sales tax on the goods I sell at the show?
A. Yep, you sure do. You need to register your business with the state of Massachusetts, collect sales tax, and pay it to the state when it it due. Don't worry, it isn't that complicated.

Q. I love what Twist is all about and I'd like to volunteer. How can I get involved?
A. Gee, that's mighty kind of you. Give us a shout: info@twistfair.com.

Q. My business is interested in becoming an Event Sponsor. How can we get involved?
A. Super! There are a variety of sponsorship packages available for any size business. Contact info@twistfair.com and we'll tell you all about them.

Q. I can't make it to this show. How can I stay in the know about upcoming events?
A. For information about future shows, please join our mailing list. You can also join us on facebook, be our myspace friend, and follow us on twitter!
